Housing: The Next Crisis

America is experiencing the worst homelessness crisis in recent history. In 2021, California and New York harbored 40 percent of all unhoused people in our country, according to federal data, cited by the new Wings of Love, Inc.’s nonprofit program named “The American Affordable Housing Project“.

Together, Nevada and California have 629 homeless people per 100,000 population, exceeding the national rate of about 174 per 100,000 people.

Inflation rates are creating a problematic environment regarding the housing situation and the real estate market.
